From Kid - Sun

Aujourd'hui, une jolie surprise nous vient de On the Fruit Records. Son fondateur Franck Russo, alias Freak You, est tombé sous le charme de From Kid et on le comprend ! Le duo Suisse nous livre Sun, une piste pop, avec une impression de montée en puissance. Les voix s'enlacent, se mélangent, pour finir par un harmonique du plus bel effet.

Chaque instrument est utilisé à bon escient, bien à sa place sans jamais déborder sur les autres, donnant une impression de fluidité, une envie de s'évader. Une première piste prometteuse pour ce jeune duo !

Today, we discover a nice surprise from On The Fruit Records. Its founder Franck Russo, aka Freak You, fell in love with From Kid and we understand ! Swiss duo has released Sun, a pop track, printing with a sense of rise. Voices intertwine, mingle, to finish with an harmonic.

Each instrument is used wisely, in its propre place, without overflow on others, giving an impression of fluidity, a desire to escape. A promising first track for this young duo!
   

Seascape - Sun

Il y a certains groupes, on a beau chercher partout, on ne trouve aucune information, rien. Au hasard d’une balade sur le net (en l’occurrence grâce au très bon blog Mother Land), on est tombé sur Seascape et la chanson Sun.

Une petite perle indie pop qui transpire la simplicité et la pureté. Le mystère de ce projet russe contribue au charme de la piste. Un peu naïf, un peu nonchalant, on est doucement bercé par cette chanson et son cote doityourself.

There are some bands, we search everywehere but we can’t find any information, nothing. Haphazardly, during a “walk” on internet (thanks to the very cool blog Mother Land), we found Seascape and the song Sun.

An indie pop pearl that mix simplicity and purity. The mysterious aspect of this Russian project contributes to the charm of the track. A little bit naïve, a little bit nonchalant, we are appeased by this bedroom pop song and its doityourself spirit.
