Tobtok s'est attaqué de façon très chirurgical au titre We Are The People des Australiens de Empire Of The Sun.

To begin the weekend, nothing like a good remix. Tobtok tackled the track We Are The People of Australians Empire Of The Sun. To our delight, Swedish extracts the pop side of the track to insert a part of its universe. The result is surprising and flirting beautifully with Nu Disco !

Do you remember Stange Talk? We talked about their freshness on Vocododo a few months ago. Last spring these four guys were blowing up in Australia with their Debut EP. If your memory is not very good, have a look at this sensual video clip.
Today, they make us discover Sexual Lifestyle, their new song. No change, and that’s good! The bass line is still very catchy, a tropical atmosphere, a pop synthesizer and the summer is back. They typically belong to what we like to call the Australian wave: Cut Copy, Miami Horror, Cadillac, Atlas Genius…
It’s autumn in France, but already spring in Australia!

And here is the latest title from Pnau (pronounced "pah-now"). You certainly know indirectly this duo composed of Peter Mayes and Nick Littlemore since the latter is also part of another well known Australian band in the world of Electro: Empire Of The Sun.
Solid Ground is the second single from Soft Universe, fourth album of the band, which is due out at the beginning of July. As might be expected, the music of Pnau is fairly close to Empire of the Sun. There is always this slender and androgynous voice. But this last title is a little bit disappointing compared to what the duo has ever done, including the last great eponymous album.
Edit: The new album was just realized the 25th of July, and is finally a good surprise!
