Orax - Forever

ф

If you often go out in dark club in Milan (gothic or not), you might have met him, but I don’t think. Orax, as you guessed is Italian. His music is/was perfect for the end of your Halloween party, gently gloomy and nicely paced, when people are like zombies.

It may remind you techno music of 90s, with dirty hypnotic sounds and binary rhythms. Even if they will not be the next hits, Forever or Believe the last songs of Orax permit to let off steam.

Joakim - Forever Young

Voici d'ailleurs ce qu'avait à dire Joakim à ce propos: "Forever Young is my song for all the 30-something-year-old people out there. I used to hate people between 30 and 40 when I was under 30. I thought they gave up one most of their beliefs and lived a dull and fake life. Love cowards pretending to still be cool, contemptuous grown-ups afraid of the young sharks. But now, I'm one of THEM. So I have to cope with that." - Joakim.

Oui.

Some news from the eclectic Joakim Bouaziz, boss of the Tigersushi label, when the release of his new LP Nothing Gold was announced for the beginning of September. After the electro socca "Heartbreak Samba", Joakim offers us, as a first extract, a pure summer song: "Forever Young".

Recently exiled in New-York, this French guy has the talent for creating little underground hits. Some electro pop songs, perfectly moving between italo-disco, psychedelia and new wave, which are introduced, like that, in our everyday life.

Actually, "Forever Young" is a beautiful dedication to all those who did not imagine to get there one day. Here's what Joakim had to say about it: "Forever Young is my song for all the 30-something-year-old people out there.

Yes.

"To revamp things", that is what Joakim is simply doing. Then, we're looking forward to the LP...
