The French Moscow based label published at the end of October a new release. The compilation Russian Tour 5 gather 12 bands from post Soviet countries (Ukraine, Estonia, Russia and Belarus). From dream pop to post punk, it is a nice introduction to Russian indie rock as almost all of the tracks are with Russian lyrics.
Just one interesting exception : Plaisir Douteux and the song L'apathie, la quarantine. An hypnotic ballade inn French from this one man project based in Kiev.
Talking about France, our favorite track may be Paris by Minimarket. An indie rock anthem for a new Belarusian generation ?
