Peut-on décrire cette musique comme une sorte de chillwave 80’s? Qu’importe, on découvre Soft Lighting et c’est un nouveau projet assez intéressant. En fait, c’est le travail de Bryan Cox, un musicien/producteur originaire de Kansas City qui doit être bercé par les bandes sons vintages.
La piste Up All Night est sensible et intrigante. On trouve à la fois une certaine quiétude planante mais aussi une énorme tension. Deux autres chansons assez plaisantes sont déjà disponibles.
Grace à son studio de chambre, son premier album, Slow Motion Silhouettes est attendu pour le premier mars. Restez à l’écoute !

Can we describe it as a kind of 80’s chillwave? Maybe! Anyway, we discover Soft Lighting and it’s more than an interesting project. This is the solo work of Bryan Cox, Kansas City based musician/producer.
The track Up All Night is very touchy and intriguing. There is at the same time a nice quietude but also a huge tension. Two other nice songs of Soft Lighting are also already available.
Stay tune, thanks to his bedroom studio, his first album, Slow Motion Silhouettes is expected for the first of March.
