Contrairement à ce que l'on pourrait penser Louis La Roche, alias Brett Ewel est Anglais. Ce DJ et producteur profite des beaux jours pour nous livrer en quelque sorte son summer EP. Ces cinq titres résonnent électro, mais avec un léger côté 70s apporté par des synthés arrivés à point nommé (Dance With Me Tonight). On aime aussi le côté tropical de Let Go, une plage de sable fin à l'ombre d'un cocotier... Pour finir en beauté avec So Good, une piste planante qui vous fera petit à petit revenir à la réalité. Composure est un EP qu'on prendra plaisir à réécouter cet été entre deux apéros !
Petit bémol néanmoins pour Looking Up, dont on fera abstraction.
Contrary to what one might think, Louis La Roche, aka Brett Ewel is English. This DJ and producer takes advantage of warmer weather to deliver us somehow his summer EP. These five traks resonate electro, but with a slight 70s side made by synths which arrived timely (Dance With Me Tonight). We also love the tropical side of Let Go, a sandy beach in the shade of a coconut tree ... Last, but not least, So Good, a spacey track which will make you slowly come back to reality. Composure is an EP that we will enjoy listen this summer between two aperitifs!
However small flat for Looking Up which we will avoid.
