Ok, demain c'est la Saint Valentin. Qu'on soit seul ou en couple il y a un truc à quoi on s'attend ce jour-là, c'est une bonne ballade bien naïve... Ouais bien mièvre, comme à la grande époque des Beatles quand ils chantaient Eight Days a Week.
Bubblegum Lemonade a eu la bonne idée de s'y coller. Il faut dire que sa voix à la Dandy Wharols se prête pas mal à ce genre d'exercice. L'écossais de chez Matinée Recordings, a soif d'affection. l'ensemble est soigné mais manque peut-être de folie.
En tous cas, qu'on soit main dans la main avec son âme soeur ou seul à se morfondre dans son lit, on ne reste au moins pas indifférent...

Well tomorrow it's Valentine's Day. It doesn't matter whether you are single or in a couple. What you expect to ear on that day is just a good and naive Ballad... You know, the kind of cutesy song that reminds you the Beatles era when they were singing Eight Days a Week.
Bubblegum Lemonade is our man for that. The guy has a voice sounding a little bit like the Dandy Warhols' singer. Thus the Scottish guy from Matinée Recordings (The label of Azure Blue) scratches energetically its guitare and claims its nostalgia and love needs. It sounds beautiful but maybe it isn't not as original as it could be.
Anyway, Even if you are not holding any hand tomorrow you will feel something listening to that track.
