Derrière le nom Foreign Friends, Brian et Matt produisent une synthpop influencée par Depeche Mode ou Soft Cell. Ils viennent de Seattle et ont sorti au début du mois un premier EP : Measurements.
Dans ces cinq morceaux résolument pop, les mélodies sont simples, dociles et légèrement sombre. Losing Game reste la meilleure piste par son ambiance hypnotisante et la voix de Jess Rees. Les autres sont peut être un peu trop répétitive. Votre avis?

Under the name of Foreign Friends, Brian and Matt are producing a synthpop music inspired by Depeche Mode or other obscure 80’s band. They are from Seattle and they released their first EP this month: Measurements.
In these five pop songs, melodies are simple, tame but quite efficient and slightly dark. Losing Game remains the best track thanks to its hypnotic ambience and the voice of Jess Rees. The others one are maybe too repetitive.
